Re: DONE: Allow only ONE single instance of a project to be open at one time
Really good, I think it could save a lot of hassle. The number of times I have tried to open a project in VB6, ready to hack, only to be told "it is open already". Done the same with RJTextEd a few times and not realised it until the damage was done (only minor). I have approx. 90x.js proj...

Re: cubicexplorer - ready for resurrection by RJ?
That's OK. I thought it might be useful to you and vice-versa you might be useful to it.
It needs a Delphi developer to pick it up and run with it.

Re: RJTe Request: Allow a single instance of a project to be open at one time
I think this is a desirable feature. When opening a project consisting of multiple files, in my experience, the last thing you would want to do is to accidentally open another copy of the whole project. Kicking off changes in one instance of the project whilst still having unresolved remaining commi...

Re: RJTe REQUEST: Search Dialog Box Non Modal
I still greatly desire this option. I use this facility all the time in the old, old, old VB6 Visual Studio IDE of 1998-vintage. I can fire up a non modal search box and copy paste anything into the search and replace boxes directly from my accessible code. I'm not locked out of my code during the s...

Re: Creations built using RJtextEd
Not so much a regular user of RJTextEd these days as I am mainly VB6-ing. However, I do use it when I am converting my old .js widgets to VB6 versions. I am currently converting this one, my very first Yahoo/Konfabulator widget created a decade or so ago. https://i.imgur.com/EoOvwDE.jpeg This one wa...

cubicexplorer - ready for resurrection by RJ?
A very nice explorer replacement that I have mentioned before, might be a useful tool for RJ users. It might also be a tool that could complement the RJ suite of products. https://github.com/vatterspun/cubicexplorer It is a very decent file explorer without a lot of the recent additions that MS impo...

Re: Creations built using RJtextEd
Yup, MS Defender does that. It is quite simply SH1T on occasion and decides anything it does not like the look of is raised as a F.P. When you have FOSS code, you can, if you have the capability, look at the code and see if MS Defender is doing what it ought to do or what it shouldn't. VirusTotal, s...

Re: Creations built using RJtextEd
I am currently using RJTextEd and VB6 together as the main tools on my development desktop. I am steadily converting all my old javascript/jscript widgets to VB6 and I now have a stock of partly complete/finished VB6 widgets on my own desktop. The process for conversion involves having the old YWE w...
