Currently the option "Warn if document changed by external program" does not seem to be functioning. It does not work in the new version, nor the previous.
I have it enabled this option, restarted MPad and I am regularly modifying the file externally and MPad ignores this completely.
Suggestion: A Refresh option in the View menu might be useful to allow a user to force a Refresh manually.
