Local Help CHM in Menu
It would be nice to have a Help menu item for a local .CHM if the user downloads it and installs it. (wherever)

If you copy it to "...\InstallData\Help\RJ TextEd.chm" you could use the normal help-menu !?

If you use the install version copy the file to: "<AppData>\Roaming\RJ TextEd\Help\".
