Change colour or transparency of hints?

Change colour or transparency of hints?

Is it possible to change the background colour or transparency of hints?
I am finding that especially with a dark theme, the hints easily get lost in the background text.

Its header uses the same color as document map background, but changing it didn't alter background of the tip's header. Yes, it would be great to have this possibility, and also to change LSP tips color as well.
