FIXED: 11.10 beta 1 Clicking inside a selection

I don't think this is really a bug, I think it has something to do with some new
text drag and drop functionality you implemented. But it's kind of a bug.

It used to be that when you clicked inside a text selection it would deselect the selection.
(which is basically "the editing standard", afaik)
Now it does nothing, which is disconcerting.

I don't use drag and drop of text. (I HATE it)
I don't know if you can make this optional behavior or not,
but that would be my preference, so it works the way it always has,
and the way other editors I use work.
(browser text boxes and areas (like this discussion forum),
LibreOffice Writer (Free/OS 'M$ Word'), software text entry boxes, etc...)
