FIXED: Document map cruft

Post by pjj »

This is small potatoes, but still you may want to look into it. Or not.

So, I don't usually use Document map, but when I do, I scroll its scrollbar with the speed of sound (not as quick as the speed of light, but still quite quick, 343 m/s in dry air at 20 °C). What I get is this cruft:

I've tried to reproduce, but without luck. I even tried on Windows 7 using different themes...

Do you see the same thing if you do a new installation on one of your computers?

I'm sorry, I should have checked different themes. Interestingly, it works fine with all the themes but my own one, based on Windows theme. Which file should I send you? Texted.ini?

One more thing: with different themes Document map preview uses font with uniform size; while with my theme there are different sizes used (e.g. array keys are bigger):

:?: could also be a problem with the GPU (driver) - it doesn't have time to render

Now, let's not blame his hardware. I actually have a picture of his computer - and to me it looks just fine...

Fixed in next release.

It was caused by font boldness settings, other than normal and bold :(

Because you haven't set boldness for syntax elements in those themes. The boldness settings are not global. They are individual settings for each theme.
