I thought we used to be able to Right-Click the Line Number and do Bookmark stuff.
That would be nice if we could.
I think it should be at the TOP of the context menu.
I think we used to be able to Double-Click the Line Number and
it would toggle the Bookmark. Maybe you changed it to Select the Line.
Also, right now, if you Right-Click off to the LEFT side of a Line Number
it selects the line. If you Right-Click on or near the actual line number,
sometimes it selects and sometimes it doesn't.
So that seems a little wonky.

Press ALT+Left click to toggle a bookmark.
