FIXED? Bugs in Code Explorer panel

I have listed some feature requests for Code Explorer panel; here go some bugs found there:

1) After adding a TODO as a favorite, only it's "icon" (i.e. "grade" number) is displayed
2) Both TODOs and Notes have green background (that of Notes)
3) Changing "grade" of TODO is momentarily reflected on TODO list, but not in Favorites:

In case of mixed-content files, e.g. HTML/PHP with CSS and JS embeds, first section of CE panel gets messy:

It can get messy even if it's content is monolingual; e.g. here's how it looks for my JS file:

Btw. there are more functions in the file (which I can send you if you want me to). What are these [N] markings anyway? Unknowns? Btw. 2 when I click on Module entry here (there is nothing shown in this section area), focus goes up to the first entry, when I move my mouse.

(Small nitpick: shouldn't it be Modules, not Module?)

I can resize CE panel's areas up and down, but it is not saved and after some clicking on documents tabs or other panels' tabs they are reverted to the original sizes (roughly 33% of CE panel's height).

I think I've fixed all issues in v15.90 beta 2. Thanks!
