Can you please mark non-project files somehow on document tabs? There's an option to close all project files or all non-project files, so I'm assuming this isn't overly complicated, since the list of such files is already there.
How such non-project files could be marked? I guess an asterisk before *filename would be the best (though perhaps too small?); among other options I can think about (brackets) or italic.

Added a project option to set an indicator color for project files. Marking non-project files doesn't feel very intuitive... I found myself closing the wrong tabs.
