[script] Improved InsertULAction

There's InsertULAction, with default Ctrl+L shortcut (also HTML > List > Unordered list from the main menu), that makes an unordered list from the selection. It works great, but has some quirks, that prompted me to write a script, which I attach here. My tiny script:

• switches off word-wrap and column mode before making the list
• strips off leading and trailing spaces
• strips off some leading bullet characters

I hope you will find it useful.
