FIXED: [11.20b2] No text cursor when using Ctrl+drag'n'drop

Sometimes I want to copy a portion of text with a mouse and Ctrl key; alas, as of now no text cursor is visible while dragging, so I can't be sure where exactly I drop the copied text. And when I'm doing a simple drag'n'drop, i.e. no Ctrl, [+] icon shows up, suggesting it will be a copying operation, while, of course, I'm simply moving a selection.

Fixed the text cursor issue and the mouse drag cursor while moving text.

Fixed in v11.20 final.
