I did a Find All and then did a Global replace of text in a document
and the Find All box info disappeared.

Re: Find All box info disappeared
Do you mean the search result panel?
It would be great if you could tell me exactly how to reproduce this and which options to use.

Re: ??? Find All box info disappeared
It did it again so it is consistent.
See the attached snapshot images. (the images are reversed below for reference)
I did a Find All in Folder files for some text and it showed the results
in the bottom Search Results panel. (I don't know what the 'official name' is for
some of these items)
As you can see (below #2), there were two instances found.
I pulled up the Find dialogue box again and entered the same values
and did the snapshot so you can see them in one image.
I then did a Replace All, as shown in the second snapshot image. (#1 below)
(again, I did the Replace All dialogue again before I did the snapshot
so you can see what I entered)
The info in the Search Results disappeared after I did the replace. (as you can see)

Re: ??? Find All box info disappeared
Thank you.
The output option on the replace tab is set to "No output". So, unless you've set the option to keep old results (context menu option) - the result list should be cleared.

Re: NOBUG: Find All box info disappeared
That's not good.
"Find" and "Replace" are two different things.
Doing a replace should not make find results disappear.
Find results shouldn't disappear until I:
1) do another find (folder or something that re-uses the results window),
2) close the results window,
or 3) I suppose use the replace WITH output option.
("simple" finds should also not disappear the results)

Re: NOBUG: Find All box info disappeared
The result list is not cleared in v10.30 if the output option is set to either no output or show result dialog.
If you want to preserve old search results - you can, by setting the option I mentioned above. You can then have find results from find in folder, find in different documents and replace.
Well, so is find in a folder and find in a document. Not to mention "Find All" in different documents."Find" and "Replace" are two different things.
