Added a new syntax file for YAML.

TOML
Added a new syntax file for TOML (Tom's Obvious Minimal Language).

SYX (RJ TextEd syntax files)
Added a new syntax file for syntax definition files used in RJ TextEd and
MPad. It contain some user menu (Ctrl+Space) items as well.

Fixed
* Search when using regex.
* Minor startup issues.
* Exit program before it's properly loaded.
