Sites panel
Fixed several issues:

- Upload and download issues.
- Synchronize issues.

And added new options in "Handle sites...":

- Include/exclude hidden files and folders (e.g. ".htaccess").
- Button to remove test/remote site.

Search window transparency
It is now possible to make the search dialog more transparent.

Place the mouse cursor on the title bar, press CTRL+SHIFT+MouseWheel Up/Down.
The transparency setting is saved between sessions.

Fixed
* Find next issue with regex.
* Minor display issues in the search bar.
* Undo issue in column mode with smart paste.
* Some minor reported issues.
