FIXED? Simple Re-Compare marks documents as changed

The title says it all. When comparing two documents, side-by-side, I click on "Re-Compare" icon, active document is immediately marked as changed (red mark), and the other one as well (when activated, i.e. clicked). Clicking on "Save" icon marks the document as "Saved" (green mark), and other one as well when clicked.

When I don't click on Save icon, but instead leave comparison mode (by clicking on "Compare" box at the bottom bar), active document's status is changed to "saved" (green mark), and the other one as well upon click. -- I cross-checked it on my other machine.

I have an inkling it's a regression, in other words I have already reported it some time in the past, but I'm not sure. Oh well.
