Bugs with some colors in Theme Manager

In the Theme Manager, in HTML highlighter there's an entry for Html Standard (this should be rather named Html Standard tags, same for Htm table); anyway, there is no such entry for All Languages, or rather this entry is called Keyword2. This is certainly confusing.
In All Languages color list there's Highlight HTML Tags entry; it doesn't work as expected, because foreground color is used as a background color, and regular HTML tag's color is used as a foreground color for highlighted (i.e. active) HTML tag.
