Structural highlighting doesn't play well with "Highlight braces" and "Always highlight the matching braces surround the current cursor location" -- these options simply stop working; if they do for a while during a test, they stop when I switch "vertical lines" to "vertical and horizontal lines" or vice-versa. (I just switched back to the editor from writing this here in the browser and it started to work; there's some delay, ostensibly. But switching said settings made them stop working again.)
Structural highlighting doesn't play well with block comments; it just stops, and if caret it put after a comment block, it treats it as a starting point of a block:
It would be great if thickness of indent lines and structural highlighting lines could be set separately; thus we could have thin dotted indent line and thick structural highlighting line.
Small visual nitpick: brace highlight isn't a rectangle again, but have "dents" on all four corners; yes, I do use "space between lines" in my font settings (I once reported this and said spacing was the culprit):

Made some improvements, but can't reproduce any brace highlight issues.
