FIXED: F2 - Next bookmark dimmed in Menu
Posted: 15 May 2024 00:14
Menu Search | Bookmarks | Next bookmark F2 is dimmed. (and previous)
I assume this is a bug.
I remember reading about something where, if there are no Bookmarks,
then that menu item will be dimmed out. (and F2 does nothing)
I have a bookmark, created using Alt-Click on the line number.
Menu Search | Find bookmark shows it.
In Menu Search | Goto Function/Line/Bookmark (or Ctrl-G) SEARCH Dialog Box,
under Bookmark section, it shows "None" as the first item,
and the bookmark as the second item.
So something got confused.
I tried putting the cursor on the bookmark line and pressing Alt-F2,
and it went away, and I did it again to make the bookmark, and
it is still confused.
Exiting the Editor and re-starting still shows the bookmark,
but it didn't fix it.
ALSO, the SEARCH Dialog Box GOTO section should probably have a CANCEL button.
(Find, Replace, and Fine In Files sections do)
