FIXED: MPad 1.28: Difference in behavior from RJT when opening file from command line.

This only applies when 'Reopen last open documents at startup is checked in Settings -> File.

If I open a file from command line and MPad is not currently running, MPad opens with the file as left most tab, and does not have focus. The tab with focus is the last tab focused before closing.

Under the same conditions TextEd opens with the file as right most tab and has focus.
When opening a file in the same manner when either application is already running, the file is always opened as the right most tab and has focus.

Can we have MPad behave the same as TextEd?
