Strange behavior when saving custom theme.
To reproduce:
Open 2 different files in MPad. It doesn't matter what they are.
Open Environment -> Themes -> Customize.
Click on 'Save'.
Tab #1 disappears. Tab #2 is duplicated.
Mpad 1.22, 64-bit, portable
Windows 10
Edit:
Click on 'Save' should read Click on 'OK'
This only happens when 'Reopen last open documents at startup' is checked in Options.
