FIXED: Save As (Remote): Syntax highlighting of new files

- Create new file
- Save As (Remote)
- Manually give the file a known file extension such as .css (default BBCode is not good for inline quoting of technical references)
- Appropriate syntax highlighter is not applied as it is when saving locally
