RJ TextEd

Version 15.30 won't run on my win 10 laptop.
Message Execution cannot proceed. rtl260.bpl not found.
Running win 10 21H2 with 2021-12 cumulative update KB5008212
rtl270.bpl and rtl280.bpl are in the program directory but no rtl260.bpl.

Previous versions have been running for many years.

I recently had the same issue. It turnedd out I had mistakenly downloaded the wrong version (XP I think). Did you download from FossHub?

The only .BPL file you should have is rtl280.bpl
