Stop the tab change on mouse scroll

Is it possible to deactivate the switch between tabs, when the mouse is over a tab and I use the scroll wheel?
Do you mean the document tabs? Maybe it's something that can be activated/deactivated using a mouse driver software, or a third party tool. But it's not a behavior you can alter in the editor settings.
