RJ TextEd : Version 14.50 beta (64-bit)
OS : Windows 10 64-bit version 1703 (build 15063.2108)

Main window is laptop. Secondary display is external monitor set to be on the right of the main monitor.
If the Windows Taskbar is on the left-side of the secondary monitor and I maximize the editor window, the left side of the editor window appears to be clipped. The amount clipped appears to be the width of the Windows taskbar. There is no problem resizing the window manually to fit the screen.

This does not happen if the Taskbar is on the right-side of the secondary monitor. On the primary monitor it does not matter which side the Taskbar is on, maximized editor appears correct.
