FIXED: [12.10b2] Ugly fold marker

I hate to be this guy, but I have to say that the current fold marker is plain ugly, even with its colors toned down.

Could we please have any wiggle room here, i.e. option to change it (for me the previous one cut the mustard hands down)?

I made some changes in the final version.
The fold marker is drawn differently depending on background color setting.
1. This is how it's drawn if no background color is set:

Cool, thank you very much! I haven't planned to use non-white background anyway
