FIXED: [12.00b3] Access violation

When I have a project opened and choose to open another one, standard dialog "Close open files?" appears and when I click on "yes", everything goes smoothly as usual. However, when I first close a project and then try to load another one, I am greeted by "Access violation" message:

This behavior is quite consistent and occurred with previous betas, too.
