FIXED: [12.00b1] Lacking elements in document tab bar

1) Clicking on a free space of document tab bar (where all open documents' tabs are displayed) used to bring up small pop-up window with "Close all documents", "Recent files >" and some more options to choose from. Now the window is gone.
2) In the right corner of the aforementioned bar there was a drop down with list of open documents. The drop down is gone, too.
