[10.70b3] No icons in recent files list

Not a biggie, but there are no icons (and there never were any, AFAIR) in "Recent files" entry in the RMC menu, when you click on document tabs area. Perhaps it would be a decent idea to add them there? I don't know. Same with File > Recent files...Document icons
Changed the default document icons in all recent file lists, document list and document tabs.
