FIXED: More Makefile label-color anomalies

I've been wondering about this for awhile, but just recently I noticed it again, and can't stop noticing it!!
Check out the attached image; notice that some of the labels are in one color and some are in a different color...
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here???

I would also note that in another Makefile, the combination of colors for labels is different; for example, wc: and lint: are reversed in color from this example.
