Right-Click on Line Number Bookmark Menu

I thought this used to work.

If you RIGHT-CLICK on a Line Number, it would be nice to have a Bookmark Menu
pop up for Toggle Bookmark. (as FIRST menu option)

Right now it pops up kind of a weird menu of items that don't make a lot of sense.
The first two items are "Save" and "Save as...".
Below that are the Cut/Copy/Paste menu items, even though there is no selection. (w/ Cut dimmed out)
And then quite a few other menu items below those.
It seems like kind of a Bug, really.

Okay, I just tried some modified clicks on the line numbers, and Alt-Click does Toggle Bookmark.

It would still be nice to have the Toggle Bookmark show up on Right-Click.
