Just select to install (run) anyway. It's perfectly safe https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/32d ... /detection

Re: Blue screen
Anyone who has a computer these days needs to understand what is safe and what isn't. Additionally how to check. You clearly don't yet know.
If software is newly developed then the various a/v engines will not have a full understanding of what the unknown binary is. Therefore they raise a 'False Positive'. There are possibly hundreds of a/v tools and each will/may flag a new/unknown binary as a F.P. It takes time before the engines gain full knowledge.
Use Virus Total, its website and the desktop plugin, in order to find out which of the many main a/v engines rate the binary as a positive and which do not, then use your own noggin to make the decision.

"Noli pati a scelestis opprimi"... or is it "non lacessit illegitimae te carborundum"?
