This may be an error in the syntax file as I did not see this performance with other syntax files:
Select the Excel syntax, The Tab will display in all caps (desired mode).
Switch the editor tab to another open tab
Go back to the editor tab with the Excel syntax
The syntax label on the syntax tab will be in lowercase.

Re: POSSIBLE SYNTAX NAME ERROR IN EDITOR
I noticed you're using the file extension .txt with the Excel highlighter.
You really should change it to something else... (.txt is reserved for plain text files)

Re: POSSIBLE SYNTAX NAME ERROR IN EDITOR
Sooooooo, good catch on the use of txt for other than Text File.
I changed the extension for the Excel syntax to ".xxx" and that stopped the syntax tab label from changing the font case.
Maybe add this to the bottom of the priorities . . .
Thanks in Advance
