FIXED: [v16.12] - CTRL-DEL bug (bis)

with the cursor somewhere in the middle of e.g. "********************":
- CTRL-RIGHT goes to the next word past the "*"s
- CTRL-DEL only deletes one "*" at a time
--> this used to delete all "*"s up until the next word
