I looked in the manual, and it says it sets the font for each file type.
On the one hand, that's kind of nice, and is possibly usable for some people.
OTOH, I would like to set the font for ALL files as a global size.
So I posted this in Bugs, because this is buggy to me.
I don't know if there is a way to somehow specify a Universal (Minimum) Font Size.
Maybe a check box on the dialog box for "For all file types", or something like that.
This is what I expected Set Font... to do.
But, if you are saving it somewhere for each file type, I could see where it
might be difficult to have a Universal Font.
What does it do / use when you open up a (new) file type it doesn't know about?

Re: Set Font... -- Odd Behavior?
There is this setting: Options > Fonts and tabs > Highlighters, where you can set Font Settings (subsequent section) to "All Languages". It works for me as advertised. I could then alter these settings for any individual highlighter I would want -- but I don't, since I prefer universal look.

Re: Set Font... -- Odd Behavior?
If I remember correctly, I think the menu items to set a font was added before it was possible to set both a universal font and an individual one. At that point it made sense to have the menu item. I'm not sure it does anymore. It really is impossible for anyone to know if this will set an individual font or a universal one.
Fonts should probably only be set in options. It's less confusing that way...
