FIXED: [14.60b1] Small glitch with the new code-folding behavior

New code folding works well for me, but I noticed a small glitch, when a line is commented out.

Code without line commented:

Result of folding:

The same goes with block comment on one line. Another example:

This one is OK

this one -- not so much:

Sometimes code folding marks are slow to appear, so I have to switch highlighter off and on.
