It would be very helpful in our work if, when we are using Find All, if you could put a small marker along either the left or right side to give us an idea of where in the file the highlighted word(s) are located. Visual Studio/Visual Code has that capability and it really helps visually.

These markers have already been put, just use "Highlight all item found" in the Search window and show annotation bar (View > Show annotation bar or click appropriate icon in the main toolbar); they can also be seen on document map btw.

Thank you I wasn't aware of that.
However, I don't think it is working as I think it should. See attachment. I have eight items found in my search field and have used the Find All button. But as you can see (barely) along the right side, there are only two items marked. There should be eight items (in my opinion). Also, the items along the right side move and seem to be dynamic. To me, this is very odd behavior and should not happen. Unless I'm misunderstanding how this feature has been implemented, if I search for and find 8 items, I expect to see 8 markers along the right edge.
