[V12.10b2] Error: Could not open the file "MULTI"

If I use "...\TextEd.exe /MONITOR file.log /MULTI" a error 'Could not open the file "MULTI"' appears, but the file opens as it should.

If I use "...\TextEd.exe /MULTI /MONITOR file.log" instead, it works perfectly...
