LSP client component

I'm currently writing an LSP (language server protocol) client component in Pascal. I'm trying to implement the entire protocol and making it backwards compatible at the same time. It's a lot of work and will take some time to complete.
The goal is to add LSP support to RJ TextEd eventually. Possibly in version 14.80. Until then - I may release some minor updates to fix reported issues...
