??? [15.21] RJ TextEd missing in explorer menu

On Windows 11, "RJ TextEd" is missing in the context menu of the explorer when right-clicking a file and selecting "Show mor options"

Strange? It works fine at my end.
I've tried to completely uninstall the program on Windows 11: context menu disappears. Install it again and the context menu reappears...
