Can't add context menu - rjshell64.DLL missing

Hi Rickard.

I uninstalled and reinstalled v15.03. I ran "InstallContextMenu64.bat" but it appears that the rjshell64.DLL file is not in the installation directory. Is this file available for download or should it be included?

You have to install v15.0 first. v15.03 is just an update, and only contain new files since v15.0.
