FIXED: Delete key not working correctly with multiple windows

I'm running v14.71. I have the main window open on my primary monitor and a secondary window (the kind where you drag the tab to open it) on my secondary monitor.

• I'm in the main window and no text is selected in either window and I press the delete key: nothing happens.
• I'm in the main window and text is selected in the secondary window and I press the delete key: nothing happens in the main window but whatever is selected in the secondary window gets deleted.
