FIXED: V14.71: Line-numbers and left panels

If a left-panel is displayed, the line-numbers (of a file with > 9 lines) are not restored completly after the left-panel is closed. Only the left max 2 1/2 columns are restored ! (it seems, that something is overlaped there) If I scroll the editor-windows, the rest appears.
