FIXED: [13.40b1] Modal Search Window quirks

There are some:
1) on window call, no shortcut tips can be seen: you need to press Alt key to display them
2) Text to find/Replace with fields can't be focused with the keyboard
2) Case Sensitive should read "Case sensitive", no?
Ad 1: perhaps on alt key press they could go bold/different color, to make them stand out even more? just an idea...
There is one more glitch, but it deserves independent entry (in Bugs section, as it's been present since some time now).
