BTW. You really shouldn't set the right margin to a larger value than the max line length.

My right margin is set to -1, which is an option in the dropdown list

In v10.70 final - binary text always use 80 characters for each line (internally and in text view). It doesn't use the right margin value (or tries to set it temporarily to 80, if set to -1).
I've also added a sanity check to prevent right margin values larger than the max line length.
