The view field in the Character Viewer is always black and doesn't show anything, see attachment.

SOLVED: [12.00b2] Startup error: rtl200.bpl missing
The 64 bit version (portable) gives an error at startup because it looks for rtl200.bpl (instead of rtl240.bpl, which is present in the installation).
