Thanks, you are right but, how can I fix it if you can't do anything?

When I use the menu in the File Explorer in a empty space I get this strange behaviour, there are three empty line with "-" and one of them have a sub-menu.
My program is set in English, my system in Italian but, why I get Japanese/Chinese/? on the menu and why there are three empty lines?

I assigned F7 to a macro but in this version pressing the button does nothing, in the precedent beta it worked.

I saved a XML file with Europa Occidentale(ISO) format and I get this strange behaviour, the character ’ is replaced by ' for all the other editors ( notepad++, ultraedit, etc ) but for TextEd will remain the same.

To generate this problem just select X row starting selecting from bottom to the top( image BUG_0.2 ).
If you select from top to bottom the row number is correctly displayed( image BUG_0.1 ).
