Here is a little script which will move the cursor to the start of the next word, it's like PreviousWordNoSymbolsAction in reverse. You can add it as a tool and assign the Ctrl+Right shortcut.

FIXED? v10.80b2 Editor Toolbar Settings Not Retained
I have a number of commands defined on my Editor Toolbar, but the only one that RJ shows at start-up is the FTP menu. I can refresh the display by doing this:
1. View>bars>Editor Toolbar
2. Change Left Align to Top Align
Result: the commands I defined appear.
When I close RJ and re-start, however ...
