In version 8.61 portable, Languages have three versions of French:
[FR]
[Fra]
[French]
I don't know why there are three versions, but [French] seems to be better translated (especially with encoding utf-8 "without BOM", other translated "with BOM" :? )...
Possible to remove the two translation ...
