Re: Version 14.60 beta 2
This is what happens with 14.60 beta 2 and the Assembly x86.zip:
This is an example of what it should do (in case I wasn't clear):

Re: Version 14.60 beta 1
Yeah, I tried that in the older version of RJTextEd before the code folding functionality was changed, and it didn't work there either. What made the old version work was I put the ;- ... ;: into the section that was renamed Fold/Region misc, which now also doesn't work. This is what it looks like n...

Re: Version 14.60 beta 1
PS -- The attachment functionality for phpBB is all messed up. I can't get it to work right so you will have to decode which attachment belong where.

Re: Version 14.60 beta 1
BETA FEEDBACK PART III I do all my documentation in HTML which I then convert into PDF, so HTML is another animal when it comes to code folding. There is way too many "<>" to decode That Matrix. All I see is blonde, brunette, red-head ... :) er, actually I want to restrict code folding to just a few...

Re: Version 14.60 beta 1
BETA FEEDBACK PART II In a related item, are INC files. RJTextEd Before: 4.png RJTextEd After: 5.png AkelPad Before: 6.png AkelPad After: 7.png Do you see how RJTextEd has made the INC file unreadable? Even reformatting everything so that it will only fold on indents still will won't work for multip...

Re: Version 14.60 beta 1
BETA FEEDBACK PART I The ASM file code folding in RJTextEd is completely messed up, but I will ignore almost all of the errors I see because they are too obvious and I am just using the beta version. Instead I want to focus on what is important: This is how code like this: fnOne frame param1,param2 ...

Re: ??? Customizing Themes
Just to be certain we are on the same page here, I have attached a before and after screenshot of what I am talking about. When I randomly select a color under "All Languages", notice how in the before screenshot, the alpha slider is at 255, yet the alpha value is missing, then in the after screensh...

Re: Code folding
Just so you know RJ, I have a custom code fold for asm files. The starting chars are ;- and the ending chars are ;: This has helped me tremendously for reducing the clutter of my code, as there are very few valid directives to fold code with in asm, so whatever I picked had to be "invisible", as wou...

Re: Fold nested nodes when node is opened
I'm not 100% certain (I need to do more testing), but I think every time I just simply open and close the Environment➜Options dialog, it somehow clears the "Fold nested nodes when node is opened". It shows it as selected if I reopen the dialog again, but after I close and reopen RJTextEd, open a new...

??? Customizing Themes
The Selected color textbox in Environment➜Themes➜Customize...➜"Select Color" doesn't appear to work on my Win7 Home x64 OS using RJTextEd version 14.51 (64-bit), unless I first enter the new color in the "Select Color" textbox and hit <enter>, and then OK. Furthermore, I can't get the alpha slider t...

Re: Code folding
I'm seeing the same thing or similar. I have nested nodes that are folded in a function, and as I browse through different nodes elsewhere in code, opening them and closing them, I notice that at some point the code fold icon for the main function I'm working in will have disappeared. I tried "refre...

FIXED: Fold nested nodes when node is opened
I have Win7 x64 Home with RJTextEd version 14.52 (64-bit) and every time I close and reopen RJTextEd, the "Fold nested nodes when node is opened" changes to unchecked.

Re: Suggestion for a new theme
You can prepare it yourself... Well I'm not going to do that. For one thing, in my opinion, the Solarize color scheme isn't all that great like it theoretically was supposed to be. If you are in a dark room and with no other light-themed apps in the background open, that's the only time it is reada...

Re: Update to Assembly x86.syx
I just noticed that ten categories are available instead of eight, so here is the ninth category for x87 instructions: keys_9=f2xm1|fabs|fadd|faddp|fbld|fbstp|fchs|fclex|fcmovb|fcmovbe|fcmove|fcmovnb|fcmovnbe|fcmovne|fcmovnu|fcmovu|fcom|fcomi|fcomip|fcomp|fcompp|fcos|fdecstp|fdiv|fdivp|fdivr|fdivrp|...

Suggestion for a new theme
There is an ergonomically correct color scheme called "Solarized" that you can read about here: https://ethanschoonover.com/solarized/
I would add the theme, but I feel it would be better if RJ did this, but you decide.
