Hallo there and thanks by answer! No I don't use XWidgets and never installed it. This is not an RJ TextEd bug. In fact, actually I realized that it happened with all Delphi built Applications as I am a Delphi developer too. I solved that bad behavior just changing Windows 10 option of full performa...

Hallo there, love that incredible Editor, but something is missing
buttons don't show hint tips labels on none toolbar, so there is noway to be sure what a button will really do. Are those hints disabled ?
Is there any way to modify that behavior?
